Horia Dragomir

UI Developer, Hungry, and Foolish

UI Developer, 20 years in. I've led Messenger Web at Meta, bootstrapped AI products at a startup, and helped a lot of engineers level up along the way. Currently on sabbatical, and happy to chat about interesting projects.

From Timișoara, Romania, educated at UVT. I've worked as a UI Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, Engineering Manager, and Project Manager.

I've presented at too many conferences, like CSSconf EU, Front-Trends, GOTO, and QCon London

From my own company, to being the only developer at a Design Agency, to rapid prototyping mobile games at Wooga, to leading the efforts on Messenger Web at Meta, to building AI voice agents and brand-aware content tools at Akia, I've built a lot of different things, with a lot of kinds of teams.
